21ST CENTURY SUCCESS | STUDENT WORKSHOP
Grades 6-10 (1 week - 2 hours)
Monday, June 15 - Friday, June 19
1:00 am - 3:00 pm
Cost: $80.00 per student
Schools around the country, including SSA, are infusing 21st century skills into their curriculum. The competition for jobs of the future brought about by economic globalization and digital technology make the ability to "think" and "create" the true currency of the 21st century. In today’s world, it’s no longer how much you know; it’s what you can do with what you know.
Students will learn about the essential 21st century skills, such as critical thinking, problem-solving,
teamwork, flexibility, responsibility, innovation, initiative and much more. We will cover the future standards and assessments for students and show students how they can succeed in the 21st century classroom and beyond.
Parents are also encouraged to attend at no extra cost.
